Marsha Tilles, PsyD, LCSW

Life can be stressful, whether you’re choosing a new career, getting in/out of a relationship, or mourning the loss of a loved one. It’s often helpful to talk to an objective person outside of your family or friend group to understand what is going on and to create new, positive coping skills.

In my practice, I see adults and couples. I bring my extensive education, training and experience as a social worker and contemporary psychoanalyst to our work. Through a relational/intersubjective lens, we can work through long standing relationship and emotional issues and concerns. I’ll help you gain insight into the underlying causes of any unease you might be feeling.

I offer a nurturing, safe environment where together as a team we can reduce suffering and foster a healthy sense of self. I want to help you feel empowered to take charge of your life and prioritize what’s most important to you. In short, I will support you in feeling better about yourself.
